I need my west Melbourne friends to help me know how to clean the pan with the burnt dinner? :( I know some of you have some magic!

Cover the burnt area with water and being to a boil, add at least 3 tablespoons of cream of tartar, reduce to a simmer and let simmer for 20 minutes. Turn off the heat and let it cool completely. You should be able to clean the pan as you normally do.
